Review Procedure

The International Journal of Humanities Social Sciences and Business Management (IJHSBM) upholds rigorous standards through its peer review process to ensure the publication of high-quality research that contributes meaningfully to the academic community. Peer review, where experts in the relevant fields assess the validity and quality of scientific work, is central to maintaining the integrity of scholarly publishing.

Upon receiving a new manuscript, the editorial office carefully evaluates several key criteria to determine its suitability for publication. These criteria include authenticity, completeness, ethical approval, correct formatting, originality, innovation, significance to the respective field, alignment with the journal’s multidisciplinary scope, adherence to academic writing conventions, and language proficiency. Manuscripts that meet these criteria will be considered for publication, while those that do not may be rejected.

International Journal of Humanities Social Sciences and Business Management (IJHSBM) employs a double-blind peer review system, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the process. Reviewers assess the manuscript based on factors such as originality, significance, methodology, analysis, clarity, and relevance to a global audience. Their feedback is shared confidentially with the authors, fostering a constructive dialogue aimed at improving the manuscript.

Once all reviews are collected, the Editor(s)-in-Chief will assess the manuscript’s suitability for publication, considering the reviewers’ comments. If accepted, authors will be guided on the final formatting requirements for submission. Manuscripts that require revisions must address the reviewers’ feedback and adhere to the journal’s formatting standards before resubmission. In cases of rejection, the review process concludes.

At International Journal of Humanities Social Sciences and Business Management (IJHSBM), the peer review process is a key mechanism that ensures scholarly excellence and promotes the advancement of knowledge across the disciplines of humanities, social sciences, and business management.
